Yggdrasil and Odin’s Ravens Viking Quilt Set

Yggdrasil, the World Tree of Norse mythology, provides the central inspiration for this Yggdrasil and Odin’s Ravens Viking Quilt Set. Its branches and roots intertwine in an elaborate gold-toned composition, with two raven-inspired forms integrated into the ornamental design.
Sweeping knotwork borders and curling decorative motifs frame the central tree, giving the black quilt a tapestry-like appearance. Rather than depicting a specific mythological scene, the artwork emphasizes the relationship between Norse-inspired tree and animal imagery.
Matching dark pillows carry coordinating gold ornamental patterns, extending the design across the bed.
